A Chance to Let Go and Just Be

  • If you've been feeling frazzled, overwhelmed, or just a bit "off," a sound bath could be the gentle nudge your body needs to reset and feel at ease again.

It's a 60-minute immersive experience where you get to bathe in sound vibrations—literally!

You’ll lay down in a cozy spot while soothing tones from instruments such as crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and chimes wash over and through you. The sound waves work to calm your mind, body, and spirit. Think of it as a full-body reset, where you can relax, let go, and tune out the everyday noise of life.

The benefits? There are plenty! Some of the most common benefits are a reduction of stress, quieting of the constant mental chatter, and a much-needed break for your nervous system. Many people leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and recharged. It's like taking a mini-vacation without the travel!

Ready to experience it for yourself? Sign up and let the sound bath carry you into a deeper state of relaxation - feeling

    calm, peaceful, and rejuvenated.
